Speedy Pet Tags offers HUNDREDS of products for you and your pet and all at lowest pricing. We are grateful to our customers making us the fastest growing source for Pet Supplies on line. Our goal is the complete satisfaction of each and every one of our customers. We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However if the rare situation occurs where you are not, then we want to invite you to return your item to us.  Please review the return policy below.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner.  If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by calling our toll-free number; 1-800-873-7387 within 4 business hours of order placement.  No emailed cancellations can be accepted.  Orders cancelled after the 4 hour limit, but before shipment, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.  Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer’s responsibility and the return policy below is in affect.

 

REFUSED ORDERS:

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us in satisfactory condition as determined by our return specialists.

 

RETURNS:

Speedy Pet Tags wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us.  We offer trained, skilled and knowledgeable pet specialists to assist you in making wise and appropriate choices for your needs and the needs of your pets.  You may reach us free of charge by phone (1-800-873-7387).  We hope you will understand that our return policies are simply a way of continuing to offer our customers the finest products at the lowest possible prices.  If you are not completely satisfied, simply request a return  within 10 days of invoice date. 

  • Returns need to be requested within 10 days of invoice date. Initial & return shipping charges are not refundable unless you have received a defective item; a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.  Return Policy Exceptions listed below.
  • No returns will be accepted without receiving prior return authorization. 
  • Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer.  All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists.  Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit.  Items damaged through “wear and tear” or due to return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT at the discretion of Speedy Pet Tags.
  • If the item returned is NOT free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original charge to you or no refund at all.
  • To Receive your RETURN AUTHORIZATION contact a return specialist at 1-800-873-7387 and provide the following information:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Invoice Number
    • Invoice Date
    • Item Number of product(s) being returned
    • Reason for return
  • If any of this information is unavailable, NO Return Authorization will be issued.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If these instructions are followed properly, you should receive your Return Authorization via email within 24-48 hours.
  • Please allow 14-21 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit. 

 

Return Policy Exceptions:

  1. Personalized Pet Tags: Every effort is made to produce your pet tag correctly.
    If a mistake was made by our company it will be corrected free of charge. If the mistake was made by you, please send back the incorrect tag along with $3.50 for each tag (Shipping Included). Please note that we keep all original orders on file to allow us to verify the correct information.

  2. Personalized Collar or Leash Products: Every effort is made to produce your collar or leash correctly.If a mistake was made by our company it will be corrected free of charge. If the mistake was made by you, please send back the incorrect collar or leash along with $5.99 for each leash or collar or $10.99 for a leash, collar and tag combo (ADD $1.99for shipping and handling). Please note that we keep all original orders on file to allow us to verify the correct information.
